Ricky Way
Ricky is the Yard Manager at the Southern Metals Recycling site in Swainsboro, GA. Joining SMR as an equipment operator in 2017 he worked his way up to management by proving his outstanding work ethic and determination to see the company succeed in his small town. With over 13 years of experience in the scrap metal world, Ricky is experienced working with ferrous and non-ferrous materials as well as machine maintenance. As a manager Ricky ensures all needed aspects for his workers to succeed at their jobs to be sure his customers receive the best service possible. During his down time, you can find him hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
